Valorant Episode 10: Major Changes Incoming with New Agent and Map Update

By Oyunzen AdminApril 28, 202612

Riot Games announced a new agent, a reworked Bind map, and sweeping balance changes with Valorant's Episode 10. Here are all the details.

What Does Valorant Episode 10 Bring?

Riot Games is delivering one of Valorant's biggest updates in the spring season of 2026. Episode 10 highlights include a brand-new agent, a long-awaited Bind map rework, and sweeping meta changes.

New Agent: Kestrel

Kestrel is a Middle Eastern Initiator with a former embassy security background. She's designed to give her team information superiority through a unique set of abilities.

  • Recon Drone (C): Launches a small drone that marks nearby enemies — destructible.
  • Sound Trap (Q): A trap placed in an area that briefly stuns and reveals enemies who walk through it.
  • Shield Pulse (E): Kestrel projects a regional EMP shield that briefly disables enemy tactical abilities.
  • Hawk Eye (X — Ultimate): Kestrel enters a flight mode, views the map from above, and marks enemies for her teammates.

Bind Map Rework

One of Valorant's most iconic maps, Bind, is getting a significant overhaul in Episode 10. The narrow corridors on A site have been widened, and a new escape route has been added near the B teleporter entrance. Riot's goal is to reduce defender dominance and create a more balanced experience.

Balance Changes

The Episode 10 patch buffs Viper and Harbor while nerfing Killjoy and Cypher's setups. On the weapons side, the Vandal's long-range accuracy is slightly reduced, while the Phantom receives mid-range feedback improvements — reigniting the eternal debate.

VCT 2026 Masters Madrid

The update arrives just ahead of VCT 2026 Masters Madrid. From Turkey, FUT Esports and Papara AC will compete in the European qualifiers. The tournament kicks off May 15th, with free live streams on Twitch and YouTube.

Get Ready with Valorant VP

Episode 10 brings the Sovereign 2.0 weapon bundle. The gold-and-silver collection is priced at 7,100 VP. You can instantly top up your Valorant VP on Oyunzen.

Conclusion

Valorant Episode 10 reshapes the game's dynamics with new content, deep meta changes, and a reworked map. How Kestrel fits into team compositions and how the new Bind plays in competitive — we'll be covering it all as it unfolds.
