Products & Delivery

What digital products do you sell?
We sell game currency (V-Bucks, Valorant Points, etc.), gift cards (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Google Play, iTunes, etc.) and software licenses (Windows, Office, antivirus, etc.).
How quickly are products delivered?
Once your payment is confirmed, your digital code is instantly delivered to your account and registered email address. Average delivery time is a few seconds.
Where do I redeem my code?
Redemption instructions are listed on each product page. Usually you just need to enter the code in the "Redeem Code" section of the relevant platform (Steam, PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace, etc.).
Do products have regional restrictions?
Regional information is stated on the product page. Please make sure the product is valid for your region before purchasing.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards for Turkish lira payments (via PayTR) and international cards for Euro payments (via Zen.com).
My payment failed — was I charged?
If a payment fails, no amount is charged. If a hold was placed on your card, your bank will automatically release it within 3–5 business days.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, we can issue individual and corporate invoices. You can enter your billing details during checkout.
Can I pay in EUR?
Yes. The system suggests a currency based on your IP; you can select EUR or TRY on the payment page.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I return a digital product?
Digital products delivered electronically are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation. Returns are not accepted once a code has been delivered.
I received a faulty or used code — what should I do?
Contact us at support@oyunzen.com with your order number and a screenshot proving the issue. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
Can I cancel my order after payment?
After payment is confirmed, the system automatically delivers the code, so cancellation after payment is not possible.

Account & Security

Can I shop without an account?
An account is required to place an order. This way you can always access your order history and delivered codes.
Is my card information secure?
Your card details are never stored on Oyunzen systems. All payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS compliant PayTR and Zen.com infrastructure.
I forgot my password — what should I do?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to send a reset link to your email address.
